The daughter of a Czech father and Peruvian mother, Giani Gurecky arrived in the US more than 13 years ago with the drive to live a courageous life and a commitment to excellence that has served as the inspiration to her family, friends and clients to always strive for more. Her extensive education and professional background, coupled with an incredible work ethic and relentless drive, have taken her from her native Peru to lead roles as a television host and actress here in the US and into her growing and evolving luxury real estate business. 

Understanding the importance of family, education and community is at the heart of Giani’s real estate approach. Her passion for real estate, love of people and dedication to every person that she works with has quickly resulted in happy clients, repeat business and referrals.

Specializing in the needs of Central and South American, Spanish and Caribbean investors, Giani is well-versed in all of the details necessary to make a transaction successful for the foreign investor. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is a trusted advocate who expertly navigates the nuances of the deal to provide her clients with the best possible home buying or selling experience. Her international contacts and connections allow for the greatest visibility in an extremely competitive marketplace while her own experience living in the most desirable South Florida communities provides her client with a true insider’s knowledge and perspective. 

Currently making her home in Boca Raton, Giani loves spending time with her children and giving back to her community whenever possible. She is active in many community organizations and charitable efforts including those dedicated to poverty alleviation, economic empowerment and animal welfare. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Lima, Peru and has continued her education with studies in Business Administration and Management in the US. In addition to her television industry credits, she has experience in executive-level investing, import businesses, sales and management, and attended Tony Robbins’ Master University.  Giani also participates and works the events for the personal development and self-improvement guru Tony Robbins.
